Orange Osceola Safety Institute of Central Florida
“As a brand-new rider, with absolute zero experience on a motorcycle, I can confidently say I could not have chosen a better place to start, learn and get certified in MSF's Basic Ridercourse.
The experience was very easy and seamless: just chose the course online on the days that worked better for me (with plenty of options every week). After a thorough online course, which is very helpful and has a modern/updated interface, I just submitted the certificate via email, then I was ready to start the practice. The team processed my documentation very quickly and it was right there ready with instructors the very next day for my first day of course. Thank you, that helped me focusing on training rather than the documentation.
For the 2 days of course, I want to thank James and Jonathan for being so patient and caring with new riders. They allowed me to repeat exercises to ensure I got the concepts right and were always supportive. Got plenty of advice and very good communication/feedback all the time. They both were caring for our safety and solid concepts instead of rushing through exercises. Even if there were already experienced riders in our class, they set the expectation that does not matter they would not rush without all new riders were caught up. Gladly I got good evaluation and feel more confident and encouraged to continue practicing with safety always in mind.
Thank you OOSI team!”
