My 15 year old boy broke one of his front teeth playing basketball, i asked ChatGPT for a place to fix his teeth for a same day fix and this was the place ChatGPT told me about, i called them and they made an appointment right away, they had excellent customer service and the doctor is amazing he did an exceptional job, his tooth looks like nothing happened to it, and they did all of that in an hour.

On my first visit to this office, I was truly impressed from the moment I walked in. The welcome and customer service were exceptional. The front desk staff was very kind, attentive, and professional — even when I called to schedule the appointment. The person who assisted me with payment at the end was also very friendly and helpful. While I may not recall everyone’s name, I want to make it clear that the entire staff provided outstanding customer service.
One person I do remember by name is Gaby, Dr. Rajab Zasa’s assistant. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and did an excellent job assisting with my husband’s procedure. My husband was nervous, but Dr. Rajab Zasa made him feel comfortable right away. The doctor was extremely caring, patient, and took the time to explain everything in detail. He treated my husband with genuine compassion and professionalism.
I actually chose this office because of its reviews. I always read reviews before going somewhere for the first time because I like to know other people’s experiences. Now I completely understand why this office has 5 stars. Bringing my husband here was definitely the right decision, and the experience was even better than we expected.
The service was so excellent that before leaving, I even scheduled my daughter’s first appointment here as well. That alone says a lot about the trust and confidence this office gave me.
What I loved most about this office is that they truly care about their patients and not just about making money. Their prices were excellent compared to other places that seemed more focused on business than patient care.
I highly recommend Dr. Rajab Zasa 100% — not only because of the fair prices, but also because of his incredible team, outstanding customer service, and the high level of knowledge and professionalism he brings to his work.
