The problem I have with this office is that on 2 different occasions they have sent me medicine through a mail delivery system. Now mind you both times I say I DONT want Refills until if I know it works. So then I called the office they told me that the can’t take the medication back once it left the office. Now mind you is that fair to me or anyone else? You send me medicine that’s not working and bill my insurance without my consent. So I have medicine that I DID Not order and my insurance is charged. Sounds like double dipping to me. I won’t be back at all. Do better in the future.

This is the worst place you can go for services of dermatologist. I went to this place 3 times and the whole time the doctor never bothered retrieving my records from new york nor calling the insurance knowing that my biological shots were not going to be covered which i was told 3 months later, she made me do blood work for nothing nor did the assistant bother to read me my blood results of what the previous doctor was checking for. The assistant had me waiting in the room for 30 mins and then didn't even bother looking at my records to show I had blood work done nor even read me my results horrible service. The receptionist just gave me a copy and pretty much all the visits were a waste of time because the doctor should have called the insurance instead of me keep going there just to tell me the insurance doesn't cover my biologist shots to treat my psoriasis. She could have done that on the 1st visit instead of prolonging my treatment that I will never receive by them. Stay away from this place they dont care about your health related needs it showed it during my visits and they dont follow up on patients request such as mine. I will never in my life go here again and they accomplished absolutely nothing for me and wasted my time. The 1st thing a doctor should do during a visit is look at your records to check if blood work was done and that was never bothered to do by the assistant nor was it read after I told her blood work was done. Both doctors in my opinion are incompetent and clueless. I told the doctor the only treatment that works for me are the biologist shots which I was being treated for in ny for 9 years and I need to be back on the same treatment and it took her 3 months to tell me my insurance doesn't cover the biologist shots. Nobody should have to go through the aggravation I went through so beware of this practice.

I had my first appointment with this practice and was extremely happy with my visit! The office staff, from reception desk ro clinicians, are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. And I was pleasantly surprised they have a pharmacy within the practice, so I only had to wait for my meds to be filled directly after my appointment.

I have been visiting this facility for three years now, and I am extremely satisfied with their care and professionalism. I have seen the MD for a more serious matter, but I am just as comfortable with his NP that I visit with yearly.

Had a quick and easy experience here. Despite there being a lot of patients in the lobby, the process was fast and we were out of there in less than an hour.

Called to make an appointment and the girl was awful and rude. She would stay quiet on the phone an wouldn’t want to help with basic insurance questions. Made an appointment at Associates Dermatology in St. Cloud and they took amazing care of me. All I needed was to remove a skin tag nothing big. Costumer service goes a long way.
