Found this place online. Tried calling ahead of time to see if I needed apt or if it was a walk in basis. No answer both times.
I go to the place just to see and as I walk in no one greeted me. I got stares up and down from both the ladies working. So I speak first and ask “hello , are you accepting walk in appointments?” One lady simply shook her head no and chuckled. I then say “ok thank you.” And still got no response from either of the two working.
I obviously can’t comment on their work since I’ve never had my nails done there , but I can comment and say that their customer service skills could definitely use some improvement.... read full review
Luz is not only my nail technician, she is my friend. Luz, takes pride in making sure the salon is comfortable for her clients. The salon is very calming and allows you to relax, and have great conversation.
