I wanted a custom piece designed by me and my guy hooked it right on up. After he did my mold and I dropped a deposit on it, he said it'll be ready in a week👌🏾 very professional even with the things that you don't think matter. Would recommend to anybody🤌🏾🏌

A straight VIBE from the moment you walk in! Coming from CT, I was a little lost on what exactly I wanted …especially with the right piece of gold in my mouth and design to fit my smile. Steve, it was such an honor to meet you and have you complete my ‘Grillz’ in a timing manner for me and my family’s accommodation. Highly recommend to first time grill (for teeth) owners and gold lovers. Again, such a pleasure, will be back for more pieces to add to a new collection of treasures :)

Man Steve showed up and showed out! Nice shop super cool guy! Did my mold agreed on a day and he got it done! I needed it rushed for vacation he made it work even tho he was super busy! He stand on business! Let him get you right !

I visited this during the week of Jan 12th. I was on vacation and was looking for pull outs to be done. I called around every where and the turn around times were 1-3 weeks. I talked to the owner here and he was so nice to have mines done within 24 hrs before I left town. He was so professional and nice. I love love my set and received so many compliments when returned home to DC. I will be back to get another set when I return to Orlando.

This review is strictly going to be about this owners character and why I refused to give him my business this morning on 8/29/24. I recently went to the flea market to see if I can get a chain repaired. Unfortunately no one there fixed chains so they directed me to the Osceola Mall and said if I have no luck there a second option would be this Bling bling jewelry repair service. When I arrived at the Osceola mall I eventually ended up leaving due to a vendor simply not even showing up and opening the business.
I arrived at this Bling bling jeweler at 10:20am and seen his opening hours was 10:30am. I decided to wait patiently in my car for his arrival. 10:45am arrives and a driver pulls up in front of me while I’m in my car and begins signaling me with his hand (I assume asking me if I’m leaving the parking spot). I signal back politely “oh no I’m not leaving”. In disgust he shakes his head in frustration. I was very confused due to the fact there were multiple vacant parking spots all around us. The driver parks and walks towards the store. Turns out it was the owner himself finally arriving 15 minutes late! Fine. No biggie.. I immediately hop out and reply “oh sorry I didn’t know you work here. Are you opening now?”. He looks at me and shakes his head again in disgust ignoring me while on the phone with someone and food in his hand. I put two and two together and realized that this man felt so entitled to this “non reserved” parking spot I was in and expected me to move out of the spot for him to park there and me as the customer to go and park somewhere else. Me! The customer who decided to wait 15 minutes late to still potentially give him my business. Bad character as a small business owner. Please humble yourself.
