I recently had my initial experience at ATA for my annual cleaning and check up. The office was spacious and immaculate and the staff was welcoming and very professional. The dentist, Dr. Matthew Robin, was outstanding, knowledgeable and spent a lot of time and answered all my questions. Overall, all the personnel were outstanding and first rate and demonstrated professionalism and caring. I plan on going back to them in the future for some more specialized work. Strongly recommend for all your dental needs.

My husband and I have been under your care for over 30 years because of your exceptional service.
Today, shortly after we arrived, a woman signed in and it was soon realized that she did not have an appointment. Amazingly, within a few minutes, she was told that she could be seen! Such care and accommodation!
Although my husband and I had consecutive appointments, the staff worked together so that we were able to be cared for within in the same hour. How nice.

I considered having a great experience with my dentist appointment today. REGAL- my dental hygienist - is very professional, kind, and nonjudgmental while taking care of my teeth. He is very polite and take good care of me every time I went to DR ATA. To be honest all of doctor ATA team is very great so far. Treat me with respect and professionally.

I have heard and seen how they speak to patients. It’s a hard no for me. If you want dental work done by the 3 blind mice, this may before you. If you want quality work, this definitely isn’t for you. If you complain, “Melissa” will berate you and degrade you. This is not a practice that cares about their patients.

I witnessed their employee yell at a patient on the phone then tell her to get over it. Then the same employee told parties not on a HIPAA that the woman in distress was mad the conversation did not go the way she wanted. I would be mad too if I was degraded and yelled at when I had the expectation of an adult conversation. Good luck with this place. For me, it’s a big NO! I’ve heard the recorded calls and they are not in the business of health care nor are they in the business of not harming their clients. And they break HIPAA!

The unprofessional, narcissistic gaslighting is real. Do not go here if you value your teeth, and your life. I was left with a jaw that won’t open and was told by their emergency “employee “ to basically kick rocks. This is very irresponsible to leave a patient with a jaw that cannot open, and no way to consume even water. The way we were spoken to was not in alignment with compassionate dental care. The call will be shared with the compliant that is being submitted to the medical board.
