I couldn't ask for a better experience! It is a beautiful facility with modern computerized equipment. The staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The rotating eye doctor who did my exam, Dr. Whitney, got my prescription perfect and also diagnosed a problem that was missed by other eye doctors. If you have a budget and are looking for a good deal, they also regularly run excellent specials!
When my glasses were complete and they fitted them to my specifications, the glasses were perfect. This was the best I have been treated when shopping for eyeglasses for many years. For those who have mobility issues, the facility was fully wheelchair accessible....read full review

I want to say that the process for my annual exam was easy and the patience of the staff was incredible. The manager Brittany was professional and patient every time I called about my glasses. Even though I knew I would get a text when they were ready, if I was in the area I would call or stop by to see if my glasses were there and was never made to feel like a bother (even if I WAS actually bothering them). The expectation of the delivery timeframe was met and because of the professionalism and patience, I suggested this particular company and location to my friends who wear contacts and glasses.
