Unfortunately the call center has inaccurate information however Chuck did amazing handling how upset I was as well as the rest of the staff and ultimately I was able to be seen and calmed down. So thank you to the staff but the call center get your stuff together.

This place has been such a blessing from the welcome call from Chung to the checking in point with Shae, to the consultation to the treatment this crew has helped me beyond anyone has ever!! They were beyond supportive dealing with my high anxiety & dental trauma. They were able to regain my confidence back that I lost along the way. Dr. Nguyen has a special touch and is a perfectionist at what she does along with her assistants Reina & Katia. I came in for a free consultation and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone was so welcoming — from the front desk to the assistant and the doctor. The staff is clearly well-trained, very knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. There were no hidden fees at all; everything was explained upfront and honestly. I really appreciated being able to sit in the chair and take my time deciding which options worked best for me without feeling rushed or pressured. I will definitely be sending all of my friends here!
