I took the Basic Sports Massage class from Tara and I must say that she is very knowledgeable and professional. I was able to work on her after she worked on me. It was definitely one of the best classes I have taken over my career and I look forward to being able to take more classes with her. I feel that I not only expanded my knowledge, but that I now have an excellent mentor if I ever have questions.
