I started at this gym a year ago. I love hiking, biking and kayaking. Hate gyms. But not this one. I've been going for a year since my knee surgery sent me there. Todd explained the equipment and the settings upon first visit. Now I'm a fit senior gym rat😂 nice people of all ages go there. It's a relaxed, helpful atmosphere.

I personally do not go here. My children do, and they love it. But went inside to sign them up . Very nice Staff, was attended to Immediately, answerd any questions and concerns that i had, super, super clean , and kids have been going now for over a month and they say that they would recomend it to a friend if they had any ... lol.. Dad Joke between us.

I've been going to this gym for a few months and liked it enough to commit to a year long membership. Todd and Will take the time to learn your name and always greet you with a smile!
