Wayne is an excellent contractor and all around great guy! I have hired him for many projects and could not say enough great things about him. He takes his time and his quality of work shows for it.

Wayne was fair, honest, and gave a reasonable and timely estimate for our renovation. His staff were knowledgeable and did a great job with both the rough work and finish work. He used all vinyl trim outside to minimize future maintenance and pressure treated wood for framing. The hardwood floor in the addition matched perfectly with existing floor and was a seamless transition. Due to long wait time for the hurricane window, he reinstalled the old window allowing us to get into the room and came back to install new window as soon as it arrived. I highly recommend this contractor and will use him again when I replace my existing windows with impact resistant windows.
