Their technicians, such as Elijah and the dynamic duo David and KT, are welcoming, professional, and efficient, often resolving issues on the same day. The company's staff, from owners to phone operators, are pleasant and easy to communicate with, earning high recommendations from satisfied customers.
Service Tech Kevin Taylor arrived promptly and did a thorough check of my system. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Although we could not find a reason for the A/C to be blowing colder air than the two years previously, Kevin answered all the possibilities and ruled them out. I appreciate his service call from Sub Zero.
Extremely pleased with the AC service I received. Just moved to Key Weat. Starts with the technician Carlos who also gets 5 stars. Polite, extremely knowledgeable, explained everything clear and concise and quality work. Sub Zero very responsive for service setup as well. This will be my AC service moving forward.
Carlos was polite, knowable and efficient on this Sunday morning visit in the rising heat of Key West after I woke up to a blank thermostat. Not only did he get things working again, he took it one step further, identified the cause and fixed it!
