Living in Key West you learn to expect nothing and like it. We called American Cooling after our mini split stopped working, they answered the phone. They came the same day, diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. Came back and repaired the unit. It sounds boring but it’s unusual here. Great people, nice, professional and responsive. Never calling anyone else. I might just break something just so they can come back.

I had Danial, one of the technicians , look at my AC as it was icing up. He got it going and told me I could get a motor right away, but a better model was available, but it would have to be ordered. Rather than taking the fast, cheap way I went the best way and am glad I did. He explained thoroughly what was wrong and the measures needed to take. He was neat, professional and on time. Could not be happier.
