I was visiting the Keys for 6 weeks and wanted to find a studio to visit regularly. I tried Shakti and another studio- but loved the vibe and teachers at Shakti. I practiced with both Tara and Lolita and loved their classes! Both teachers are passionate, experienced and have warm, infectious energy- and lead awesome fun classes! I didn't practice with Sofia but she also has years of experience and a warm soul! I look forward to practicing at Shakti when I'm back in the Keys!

Honestly by far the best coffee shop I’ve ever been too… the espresso was strong and yummm and don’t get me started on the avocado toast and everything was basically farm to table. The staff was great unfortunately I wasn’t here long enough to try one of their yoga classes but looks promising ❤️❤️❤️

This was my first class. I toiled about whether or not to go all morning. I lacidazrically enter and was greeted by friendly staff who assisted me with everything I’d need to comfortably participate. The instructor said just let go of the world and give my body what in needed/wanted. For the net hour I was transported to a parallel dimension where nothing mattered. The only thing of which I was aware was my breathing. Everything was stretched and elevated as if the teacher was reading my mind. Then, as comfortably as it began it cooled down.
