I was having some pretty bad tooth pain. They took me as a walk-in same day, gave me an exam and found that I had a fractured tooth. They also performed the extraction same day. Everything was reasonably priced and I walked away feeling better. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because I feel the aftercare explanation could have been a little better as far as what medications to take and how often for the pain. They were extremely busy that day though and that may have contributed to why. Other than that the service I received was excellent.

Rural Health Network offers state-of-the-art dentistry and great customer service. Recently, I decided to go to RHN for dental care. It had been 15 years since I had done that. All I can say, is, wow, what an improvement. The customer service was friendly and competent, the dental hygienist, Ms. Wollistan, cleaned my teeth in such a way as I did not even feel it. She used the latest ultrasonic cleaning equipment combined with the newer "gentle touch" methods of actually using it. The two results of the cleaning were (1) very clean teeth, and (2) the discovery of a small cavity. The next week, the dental director, Dr Rodriguez, filled my cavity quickly and precisely. It felt great almost immediately. Based on my experience with other dentists and hygienists in Key West, I can confidently state that RHN's dentists and hygienists compare very favorably to them. In fact, I think they are truly better.

I love this place and am grateful for it. It's simple and small, but skillfully serves its purpose, filling a real need on this island. Have been a patient of Mary Turner's for over five years now -- was referred to her by our chiropractor -- she's the first provider who listened and believed well enough to help me get actual care for several long-standing issues half a dozen others over the course of a decade ignored, discounted, and left to just get worse.

I have been a patient at the clinic for a while and my experience is the worst, there are few professionals, they do not treat you on time, they do not give adequate treatment to the patient, they schedule appointments for you on holidays, notice that they do not understand you, it is Spanish and when They know that someone doesn't speak English, they laugh among themselves, it seems like a total lack of respect to me because there are people who don't speak it but understand something.

At Ruhal health there is always something. First I walk in go to the front desk the young lady was rude I explain to her I have 2 insurance. Not use the one for my job, to use my other insurance. She went ahead and used the I told her not use, then she kept rolling her eyes and smiling in front of my face

Easy to get an Appointment without waiting months, extremely helpful Staff and Excellent Healthcare Providers!I switched over from my long time Doctor because of easy access when ill; without waiting for days and hours in the office. I can usually get a Virtual Visit in one day if very ill and receive superior quality care!I highly recommend the RHN MEDICAL Service for everyone with or without insurance. They provide a Sliding Scale Fee structure for the non-insured.
