Donna Stabile, in particular, is able to differentiate options for each pose to tailor instruction to each individual student’s ability and need. A truly serene and fulfilling experience.

Took the prana flow class with Lolita in the morning. She taught it in her unique fun natural way, which I've never experienced before. This is an excellent place to practice flexibility, strength, balance, and relaxation. I left energized and refreshed. Good community vibes.

Key West Yoga Sanctuary has the most beautiful garden area and extraordinary instructors who offer a variety of classes. If the weather isn't great, they have an indoor location also. This hidden gem in old town, Key West, is such a gift to the community and visitors alike. They even have a small retail area with some very unique treasures.
