⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dr. C is the BEST — Botox + Confidence Boost in One Appointment I have to give a HUGE shout-out to Dr. C because not only is he insanely skilled, but he’s also one of the most down-to-earth, funny, and genuinely caring providers I’ve ever met. I never feel rushed, judged, or like “just another patient.” He makes the whole experience feel relaxed, easy, and actually fun — which is not something most people say about needles near their face ? Whenever I’m in Key West I make sure Key West Med Spa is on my itinerary. The service selections are extensive & fabulous. Dr. Cespedes & his team are amazing. Completely professional, welcoming & the best at what they do. I’ll definitely be back!!
I’ve been going to Key West Med Spa for a few different services, including Emsculpt and Botox, and have had a great experience across the board.
The standout for me, though, is their spray tanning membership. It’s 5 sessions for $99/month, and each session takes less than 3 minutes. I’ve been going consistently for months—super easy, great natural-looking color, and most importantly, quick.
