Layne and Ty are the best… anyone that knows the window industry knows that the retailer has little to do with the lead times. I saw some negative reviews during COVID as expected the lead times were unusually long and everyone was dealing with them. I have been buying windows and doors from IDW for many years and always experienced professional service .Use your own judgement … one time buyer Karens or Pros that rely on solid suppliers year after year.. two thumbs up ? ?
