I went to Island Doors and Windows for a double hurricane replacement patio door. I was told that they don't come to measure and make estimates but that if I sent them the dimensions, they would give me an estimate within two weeks. I sent the dimensions the same day. Two weeks later, he called with questions and said he would get the estimate to me within two days. Two weeks later I called again and left a message, then another two weeks and left another message. Never received a call back. I was telling this story to a neighbor who suggested I just look on the door and find the manufacturer and call them.
