My new Nissan Altima had a massive electrical malfunction while vacationing in Key West. We managed to limp into this Nissan dealer and they were outstanding. Remember we had no other way to get home Ft. Lauderdale and this was few days from Christmas. It turned out that the software was defective. But Gary, the service advisor, graciousness, concern and competence.

Excellent service, dropped vehicle off for an oil change, were taken care of immediately, took one of their shuttles to Higgs beach to play pickleball, received a call when vehicle was ready, shuttle picked us up and drove us back to pick up truck. Everything was grade A service. Thank you to the employees at the service counter and the shuttle driver, Josée. Will definitely be back.

Was looking to upgrade from my Chevy Equinox and stopped by to check out inventory on 12/9. Wasn't looking very good when I was approached by Levi, a salesman. Levi was very honest about low inventory on new cars and suggested we look at the used cars. Levi was able to find me my new ride and work a good deal on a 2019 Traverse.
