My AC stopped working on a Sunday night so I called to make an appointment. I planned to just leave a message but as surprised when they answered the call. The owner said he could come out the same day to get it working but I said the next day would be fine, he set an appointment for the next morning.

I was able to get scheduled on a weekend to get something fixed on my ac. It was not an emergency, but I definitely had some issues I couldn't figure out. Nicholas C. figured out the issue within 10 minutes of arriving. He went above and beyond in explaining things to me on what to do next, and how I wanted to go about fixing the issue. I decided to put a deposit down on a replacement part, and get scheduled on one of the coming weekdays. He fixed the issue as stated a couple days later. I would use 5 Star Air again for sure.
