Al's Carpet completed a roll down window treatment job at my home a couple years ago. Recently, I had an issue with one of the chains and they got me scheduled and taken care of within a week.God knows its busy down in the keys and its great to work with a company that backs up their work.Thank you
Al’s Carpet is amazing and has wonderful customer service! I went in there with the hopes of finding an area rug for my college dorm room after having multiple issues with other stores such as Lowes and Home Depot and even Amazon (who lost my rug twice!). All of the people were helpful and took the time to look through every option with me before I found the one I loved! My family has done business with them before and we have never had a bad experience, but this one takes the cake for the BEST EXPERIENCE YET! Great sales support, scheduling and installation. Very flexible and responsive. Project involved 650 sq. ft.: ceramic tile removal, floor prep, 12" x 24" rigid vinyl tile installation (looks like marble, not wood planks), and PVC base molding installation.
