Recently had the home I was purchasing inspected by Accurate Home Insp and was extremely pleased. Though I’m very familiar with home construction I was new to the area and I didn’t feel comfortable using one of the inspectors off my realtors “recommended” list and feel fortunate that Accurate was recommended by a third party while I was searching. We needed a home inspection and performed a due diligence to find a certified home inspector with all the important credentials, as well as building industry experience. We found Accurate Home Inspections/Douglas Mudge based on a high recommendation from another highly rated home inspector who was out of town when we needed this done. The entire process was outstanding! Mr. Mudge submitted a 50 pg report which contained sooo many photos, up in attic, on roof (if you research you know many inspectors do not go there!).
