She will tell you not to spend your money when you don’t need to and you can trust she has your best interest at heart. I love that she won’t tell me I need anything but if I tell her a concern she is there to help me address it. She takes her time with you. You are not treated like cattle or a number like most places. She personally does all your treatments AND you can call and text Doctor Loyd directly. Svetlana spend a good hr cleaning my skin with her amazing products, she did extractions . She spent so much time making sure to massage and rub my arms, neck , upper back and shoulders that I almost fell asleep, I have never been to a more personable , professional aesthetician in the 30 yrs I have been trying to erase tbe damage I’ve done to my skin. I told so many people about it and now it takes weeks to get in and it's 70$ for an hour, if that tells you anything. It's pretty pricey for me to go as often as I used to but still one of my favorite treats for myself when I have some extra funds. Those girls work magic in those rooms.
