Our family just loves Visual Eyes of the Palm Beaches!! I have been a patient of Dr. Shim for over 15 years now and have trusted her and her wonderful staff with all of my vision needs. My husband started going to Dr. Shim about 5 years ago and could not believe how professional, efficient and courteous everyone is in the office and he just loves Dr Shim! Now, my 9 year old has started to need glasses and we are so happy and confident in the care of Dr Shim and her staff. We just took him in for a contact lens fitting and I cannot say enough about how caring and patient everyone was in explaining on how to wear contact lenses. My son is now successful in wearing his daily lenses and is super happy he can see!! We are truly thankful to Dr. Shim, her assistant and front office staff! Everyone is ALWAYS amazing! Above & beyond caring and professional!

Dr. Shim is by far the best eye doctor you will ever see. She is professional, sincere, and makes you feel comfortable. Her team also is very professional and kind. The office is kept immaculate!

What a Safe place to go, Dr. Debra Shim is following every safety protocol to keep the patients safe. Dr. Shim is the Best eye Doctor in Florida, very Friendly, patience and a Great human being.the Great Staff always go the extra mile to make sure every patient get the proper service.
