Scooby is incredibly sweet, but she gets very nervous in some situations, something that can be challenging for many people. Dr. Bravo and the entire staff at Village Vet handled her with such patience, kindness, and understanding that it immediately put both of us at ease.

What really stood out was how they met her where she was emotionally. “My dog was seen right away and both the Vet Tech and the veterinarian clearly explained all the diagnostic procedures and the cost. My dog received a thorough exam with ultrasound and X-rays of his abdomen. Thankfully, no blockage was found but medications were given to stop the vomiting and rehydrate the dog. Both the veterinarian and Vet Tech were kind, professional and gave clear explanations of what was going on. My dog received excellent care.“
