“This was my first time visiting this ER when my dog had an eye injury over a weekend. I had a bad experience at another nearby facility and wanted something different. The staff was great. Very kind and professional. One big issue for me was when we were in a room and an actual emergency came in, I was kept updated on the wait. Understanding that this is an ER and everything is based on priority, it makes a big difference when the staff takes the time to let you know they didn't forget you and another doctor would be coming in. A simple thing but it doesn't happen everywhere.“
