Our well pump burnt out late this last Saturday night. When I called the on-call line at SWS I got an immediate call back from Stephen who helped me rule out the easy stuff and then scheduled a Sunday morning visit. True to their word Danny showed-up Sunday first thing and was able to diagnose and replace the failed pump and pressure tank. Danny made short work of the job and left all looking beautiful, clean and most importantly awesome water pressure! Thank you Danny and SWS
I have been using Southern Water Services for 20 years, always with great success. They have maintained my system in Jupiter Farms with annual re-beds and upgrades when necessary. I have always taken their advice to keep my system up to date, and I recently had the head changed on the carbon tank. It developed a small leak and they came out to adjust the new head at no charge and all is working perfectly again.
