Corey and his team did a fabulous job on my condo renovation. He was very reliable, quick to respond to my questions and concerns. The quality of his workmanship was outstanding. Can't believe how well it all came together given we coordinated with me out-of-state. Highly recommend Sinnot and Sons to anyone contemplating a renovation.

Corey handled the applications and permits (which were many with a condominium) and coordinated the various subcontractors -tile, electricians and plumbers, to get my bathroom remodeled as quickly as possible.

Corey and his team replaced the carpeting in the townhouse with quality flooring, painted all but a few rooms. There were many small things which needed attention and everything was given proper attention. The work was first quality. They cleaned up every day! I intend on remodeling the kitchen and will be using Corey and his team again!
