I came to Karen after a fx knee cap that I had experienced 5 months earlier and a history of two previous ones..Karen zeroed in on my 1/2 inch leg discrepancy and sent me up to Noble shoes in Stuart for an whole shoe lift to even out my pelvis..My low back and hip pain dissipated while my higher level balance slowly but steadily increased..Thank-you Karen for improving my leg strength, flexibility and higher level of balance.
I've had Physical Therapy several times in my life following a pelvic fracture and both hips replaced. One on One Fitness has been a refreshing change from previous experiences. Karen at One on One Fitness knows how to get it done. Knowledgeable, motivational approach to making it right compared to the cookie cutter run of the mill facilities I've attended in the past make it worth checking into. A good friend of mine recommended Karen Roan for physical therapy and training at One On One Fitness.I had been having terrible neck pain and after a Doctor visit where they gave me muscle relaxers, which did not help. I ask my friend if he knew any one that could help and he said Karen was very good and knowledgeable, he was right. Through massage therapy, stretching and some weight training the pain was gone. I recommend her highly if you think surgery is the only option.
