My dog was seen right away and both the Vet Tech and the veterinarian clearly explained all the diagnostic procedures and the cost. My dog received a thorough exam with ultrasound and X-rays of his abdomen. Thankfully, no blockage was found but medications were given to stop the vomiting and rehydrate the dog. Both the veterinarian and Vet Tech were kind, professional and gave clear explanations of what was going on. My dog received excellent care.
We recently had to use MetVet for our golden. Dr. Padron and his staff were absolutely fabulous. From answering all our questions before surgery to helping us after the surgery. Their follow up was the best customer service I’ve seen in a very long time. Dr. Padron even helped us get our golden into a specialist and went out of his way to follow up with us and he even reached out to the Doctor he referred us to.
Took my dog in who went from normal to bleeding profusely anally and vomiting mucus. They took excellent care of Petey, who is like a kid to me. He went from near death to a ok in a short time. He wanted for nothing. Everyone there was so helpful and loving. Couldn’t recommend them more.
