My husband dropped off a few shirts on Saturday 3/15. He was told shirts would be ready for pickup on Thursday 3/20. We went to the store Saturday 3/22 at 12:00pm for pickup and there was a sign on the door saying out to lunch. We came back at 1:00 and spoke to a young man to pick up the shirts. He said there weren’t any shirts here to pickup.. that nothing was dropped off. I explained to him that my husband dropped the clothing to HIM specifically last Saturday. He then said he meant that the shirts just weren’t done yet and he didn’t know when they would be.. “maybe today maybe next week.” We tried to call the store multiple times before their 3:00 closing... read full review

Unfortunately this place has gotten WAY too expensive over time. $21 to dry clean two pairs of dress pants is absolutely criminal. I’ve been coming here for over two years but will not be back.

I’d like to update this and let you all know Kevin is a standup business owner. He called and listened to my concerns and shared with me solutions being put in place. “Stuff” happens but it’s all about what you do next. Thank you Kevin!
