Very satisfied.. the operator who coordinates everything is very nice.Inspector did a very thorough job and I called him on his cell many times with questions and he was kind and knowledgeable!I presented the report to the builder ( new home) and they are addressing the items. I suggest all new builds get an inspection prior to settlement. I highly recommend Fidelity inspection

I used Fidelity to do a Wind Mitigation report on my newly constructed home. They responded quickly and I had my report emailed to me the next day. Used the report to obtain property insurance. Great company to work with.

Ben came out to inspect our home and he went above and beyond! This is our first home so naturally we are super nervous and he walked us through everything on the report without hesitation. He is very knowledgeable and will make sure you are 100% satisfied with your inspection. I would recommend them to anyone and make sure you ask for Mr. Ben Jones!
