I am so thankful for Alan, Nicole and Jermaine at Dove Air Conditioning. My AC system went down and I needed to replace it. After getting my first quote from a different company I didn't think I would be able to afford it. Dove went above and beyond to make sure I got a new affordable system and that the process from start to finish was seamless. They didn't try to upsell me things that I didn't need but still made sure I was getting a great system installed by professionals who know exactly what they are doing. What impressed me most is how genuinely kind and caring everyone is.
Long time Palm City resident and have used many different HVAC providers. My unit failed on a recent Sunday and I reached out to Dove. They said they would be there Monday am before noon, and as promised the most professional and knowledgeable HVAC rep I have ever dealt with showed up with a smile. The variable speed compressor fan motor had failed. The rep explained to me that the unit was 14 years old and while he could change out the fan motor, it's expensive and most likely the entire unit would fail in the new future.
