They handled the complete project management, making the process stress-free. Their commitment to client satisfaction was proven when we encountered an unexpected setback with the custom manufacturer we initially chose. “Blackstone Kitchen and Baths did a fabulous job on the complete renovation of our bathroom in a cooperative building. The design was organized by Leah, who helped us select all components as well as tiles at the showroom in Jupiter. As part of the design, she measured everything and prepared a detailed plan. Raj managed all aspects of the construction, including coordination of approval from the HOA as well as all permits and inspections with the city. He made sure a layer of protective paper was put down on the floor of the apartment as well as plastic covering of the furniture in the living room. Raj made sure pictures of progress were posted on Buildertrend.com, which facilitated communications since we were not physically present for most of the constructio. The project included bathtub removal and installation of a walk in shower with barn door style shower doors, as well as new vanity and fixtures. New lighting and exhaust fan were also installed. Raj provided updates via text and phone. After completion, Raj made sure all debris was disposed of properly and had the apartment cleaned. Love the new bathroom. Great attention to detail and quality work. Very very happy with the results.“
