Flowermart reached out to me the day of the delivery to let me know some flower colors weren't available and proposed some slight color changes.Not only were they courteous to call, but they also sent me a photo to approve or reject before sharing. 5/5 top tier service and beautiful arrangement!
I ordered flowers for a friend's birthday from out of state. I chose Flowermart Florist because of their close proximity to my friends house and their good Yelp ratings (or lack of bad ratings). I took a chance by surprising my friend with the delivery, but the surprise was on me as she was out of town.Originally, Flowermart delivered the flowers and because no one was home, left them outside on a covered porch. After about 3 hours I called my friend to see if she got them. This is when I found out she was out of town and I notified the store. I wasn't too happy that the flowers were just left outside. I ordered flowers for clients that recently moved to Juno Beach. I actually called another florist first and got placed on hold and then got disconnected. So I called again and spoke to someone who said they'd call back. I went on Yelp and found Flowermart and I could not be happier!!!! It's always a tad scary ordering something without actually seeing it, but you guys BLEW IT OUT OF THE PARK!!!! The flowers were absolutely stunning, delivered quickly, got sent a picture of them before they were sent out for approval and I have never been so grateful to be hung up on because I never would've found you guys. 10/10.
