Finally found an hvac company that sends out knowledgeable techs that take pride in their work. Clients property has 6 units and Patrick Kilday really did a comprehensive service. Highly recommend
Our air conditioning went out on a Thursday night, and we called Airco first thing the next morning at 8 a.m. They promptly sent out a very knowledgeable and professional technician who quickly diagnosed a bad blower motor. Since our unit was about 12 years old, they clearly explained two options—repairing the system or replacing it entirely—without any pressure.
We decided to move forward with a full replacement, and Airco did not disappoint. They coordinated everything quickly, and a professional crew was at our house Monday morning. Great experience with these folks. New customer to them, called for service, Cori was very helpful and accommodating. James (tech) texted me within 30 minutes telling me he'd be there between 1-3pm. He arrived at 1pm. Diagnosed the issue in 10 minutes, resolved the problem and had us backup and running. Highly recommend this company.
