What a gem of a place! Alicia was very welcoming and kind, providing us a tour and overview of all healing modalities. The facility is ultra clean, peaceful, and relaxing. Towels and robes are provided, as well as filtered water. My hubby and I shared a private room with sauna and cold plunge for 45 mins. It was amazing. So invigorating and very healing. We will be back again!
This place was really amazing. The cold plunge was cold and the suana hot. The staff was extremely nice and I got to meet the owner Lou. I loved that we spoke about God and Christ. The energy there is very peaceful and loving.

Such a beautiful space, with soo many different modalities of healing. The cold plunge sauna was so perfect. ? 10/10 would recommend and will be going back to try the float tanks and other rooms available
