Brinley is not only a great stylist, she is a professional. Sometimes the blonde is not quite right. I felt bad coming back and she was 100 percent willing and able to make it right without making me feel bad. Now it is right and she wouldn't take any money. I feel like making clients happy is her number one priority. Others would make me feel bad but not her. Thank you Brinley, I am so happy.
Allie did not disappoint and I highly recommend her. This was my first visit at Parlour 29 for a single process. After 10 years with the same hair salon and stylist, I ventured out and was more than pleased. The salon itself is beautiful, calming and inviting. Allie matched my color perfect and explained the process and what she was using to color match. It was no easy task as I have long blond hair and my roots tend to turn reddish. I found my new stylist with Allie. She is extremely pleasant and was gentle throughout the process, including a great wash and head scalp massage. Thank you Allie.
Highly recommend. Katie C always does an amazing job with my hair. The salon is cute, clean, and all of the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly.
