Small style gym with lots of room. This is a laid back kind of gym. Not your power lifiting type of gym. Lots of great room for stretching. Lots of trainers to pick from. Reasonable prices. Not busy at 5pm. Most members are morning work outers.

Friendly staff. Lots of classes to choose from.Some of the equipment is old, should be updated.I don’t care for the class sign up scheduling two weeks out. 48 hour sign up would be a fairer policy.All and all, it fulfills my needs.

My experience at Loggerhead Fitness has been exceptional and very professional. The employees are very helpful and attentive to all of my needs. I recommend going there and happy to be there.
