He used the least aggressive treatment first and then moved to an increased level when I gave him the okay. I look forward to another visit in a week.

I broke both of my ankles September 2023 with reconstructive surgery on one and the other they let heal naturally. In September 2024, I had tendon repair surgery in the non-implant ankle. As time went on, even with PT, the pain made it too uncomfortable to walk or stand for any length of time. Dr.Guan has changed my life. Pain relief is important for wellbeing. If one is in pain, the rest of the life doesn’t really work. I have had such good results with the treatments. Every week I am stronger and can actually feel walk a mile at a time without pain. The time Dr. Guam spends explaining the acupuncture treatment , how and why it works really helped me understand how I get from one treatment to the next. I am grateful that she is in Gainesville.
Having had a previous surgical proceedure from another doctor in Miami, I was apprehensive as to whether this treatment at PRP would be effective, but I have to say, 3 months later and my elbow is 85% better than it was before. I was having constant pain, movement restrictions, it was disturbing my sleep and I was taking painkillers on a daily basis but now, following treatment from Dr Wiggs clinic and some follow up therapy, I haven't felt any more pain, stopped taking any painkillers, sleep much much better and now I am able to get back to my hobbies that I had put on hold for multiple years.
