Cohen's Fashion Optical, located in both Jensen Beach and St. Lucie West, is known for its exceptional customer service and expertise in eye care. Patients of Dr. Durante in the Jensen Beach location have recently experienced a change as the franchise owners have transitioned to operating solely out of the St. Lucie West office. Despite this adjustment, the business continues to maintain its high level of service.
One aspect that sets Cohen's apart is the attention to detail provided by their optometrist. While wait times may be longer due to the doctor's thorough approach, customers appreciate the personalized care they receive. The staff members, such as the counter guy who assists with billing, are commended for their helpfulness and courtesy.
The contact lens department, specifically at the Treasure Coast location, has received high praise for its excellent customer experience. The manager, Kay, is recognized for her consistently pleasant demeanor, professionalism, and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction. Recently, customers have shared positive experiences with staff members like Romario and Jamar, who offered helpful and professional service. Sarah and Ana, who assisted during exams, were also praised for their kindness and helpfulness. Customers mention that the staff accommodates special requests and understands personal needs, making the experience quick, helpful, and at a great price.
For those in need of emergency eye care, Cohen's has proven to be a reliable option. One customer shared their positive experience of receiving an expedited appointment and trial pair of contacts during a vacation, highlighting the business's efficiency and willingness to go above and beyond for their patients. Overall, Cohen's Fashion Optical is highly recommended for its exceptional service and commitment to customer satisfaction.
I went to the one in Boca and both the ladies was extremely nice . I had a broken frame and they and even made me new lenses for a new frame for under $200. I was out of town and none of the other place in the area was able to help. So I am very blessed to have my eye glasses made by a Professional. Thank you!!!
I had such a wonderful experience at Cohen Optical, especially because of Ariana! This was my first time here, and she made the entire experience so easy and enjoyable. She was incredibly patient, kind, and really took the time to understand my style and what I was looking for.
Ariana helped me pick out my glasses, and I absolutely LOVE the pair she helped me choose! She understood my style so well and never once tried to push me toward something I didn’t want. She listened to what I liked, gave me great suggestions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process.
Customer service like hers truly makes a difference. I left feeling very happy with my glasses… read full review
