The first time I came to this salon, I had a great experience. I was seated with Jenny, and she did my nails quickly while still making them look amazing. Because of that, I decided to come back.
However, my second visit was disappointing. I was seated at table #4, and the technician was on her phone the entire time, talking to someone. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable. My nails turned out okay, but not as good as they should have been.
I’ve been to both this salon and the other one inside the mall, and I have to say 100% the other salon is better. I tried to give this place a chance, but next time, I’ll be going to the other one unless I can...read full review
I was checked into automatically, accepting a nail design. I never asked for then. I was charged triple for something. I didn't even request today. I have nowhere else to go in PSL because well yeah, nail TECHS are not what they used to be, but I am very upset and I feel stupid for even letting it happen. She just told me, yeah, we're gonna do this.And I thought she was doing it for free, stupid me. Please don't just add nail design. Even when it is not asked or requested from anybody.
In visiting mall from out of town, I decided to try this Spa. From entering door professional and cleanliness and social able.
Footspa machines are sanitized and maintained. I will update the rating after a few days.
