This was the first virtual exam I've ever experienced amd I loved it. The technician was friendly, helpful and patient. The first set of exams were done on internet enabled machines, four to be exact with NO dilation. When it came to refraction, I was introduced to a virtual doctor who greeted me, checked my ID and gave me the exam - which is better, 1 or 2...you know the drill. After that was over I was introduced to another virtual doctor who went over the results of all four exams that I had - she was informative, knowledgeable and comforting and she kept asking if I had any questions or concerns. I really recommend this location. Romario is the best. Always recommends great frame suggestions. I have only gotten my frames here and they last unlike other locations. I am really happy with my Gucci glasses.

Edit: They are under new management and its a total 180. Staff is much nicer and way more helpful. The two gentleman (Jomar and Romario) are wonderful. Their stock is phenomenal and gee, you actually get an eyeglass case that matches the brand of glasses you bought! Imagine that. You will also get your product decently fast. Much has changed. Would very much recommend. 10/10 ?
