Why aren’t there more stars?? Had a crisis with an AC unit 5 days before leaving on a trip for a month in 100 degree weather. Danielle was BEYOND helpful over the phone. She consulted with a tech and called me back and had me check a few things while she was on the phone. VOILA!! A simple fix. AC running like a champ!
