I can see why this place is so highly rated! Kayla did a great job touching up the blonde in my hair and I felt like she listened to exactly what I needed/wanted. She didn't make me feel silly for not knowing exactly what techniques are used to color my hair, but she figured it out pretty quickly and worked very efficiently.
