This was my first visit to Warby Parker. The sales associate was very polite, knowledgeable and personable. The selection was great and he helped my choose a different shape frame to change up my look. Can't wait to receive them. I am glad that I stopped in for a try.
Great selection of frames and very affordable! The associates were very present and available, but did not pressure me. Jackie had a good eye and selected a pair of frames for me that I would not have chosen by myself. She knows her stuff because I loved them! I ultimately ended purchasing the frames she selected. I am a first time customer and I'm new to wearing contacts. My eye doctor prescribed me a new brand of contacts which were not carried by many places yet. Warby Parker carries them and they also gave a new customer discount and a manufacturer rebate when the contacts come in. I feel I got very good service and a really good price for all that I received.
The customer service was amazing! The team was exceptionally knowledgeable about frames and face types. They were able to help me choose a frame that works for my face as well as for my prescription.
