About Vivian Nails
Vivian Nails is an older, very clean establishment with a kind and friendly atmosphere. The staff are excellent, sweet, and do excellent work, with services including acrylic nails, fills, and pedicures. They have sustained their business for years and their regulars are very understanding. The owners are sometimes very exhausted as they adhere to a booked schedule, with people coming back to back and sometimes begging or bullying for walk-in services. They can be worn down by constantly turning away walk-ins and explaining they are booked, which occasionally affects service. While work is normally excellent, sometimes nails may not turn out as desired. In such cases, they offer to fix them at their convenience rather than immediately. The overall picture is of a quiet, sustained small business where clients can find excellent nail services.
Returning customer - the gentleman did an excellent job for his clients and normally, so does the lady. Yesterday- I witness two very exhausted people trying to adhere to their booked schedule- but ppl are coming back to back literally begging sometimes bullying them to give them services.Tbh- I walked in at 2:50 and he told me to return in 45 minutes. I did as instructed. His regulars are truly very understanding 4 came in and it was so obvious why these small business quiet spoken owners have sustained business of the years- they are so sweet- the atmosphere it’s an older very clean establishmentI can’t give them a 5 but the overall pictureMy nails didn’t turn...read full review
He filled in my nails perfectly. He repaired issues I was going to bring to his attention from another shop I didn’t return to. I will go back for a pedicure later. I think o found my new shop.Service: Acrylic nails
Owner does a very good job and very customer focus. Shop is not all fab but it is clean. I appreciate good service over well decorated shop and poor service and non customer centric. This is husband and wife establishment. Will definitely go back and my nails look fabulous ?
