One of the benefits of dealing with a small family own business is you get that customer care and my wife and I couldn’t be happier. Katie has gone above and beyond with helping me find the best deal for my salt generator and even installed it on a crappy rainy day lol. She’s absolutely awesome wonderful communication and genuine good hearted person!! Absolutely love VIP pools down to earth no trickery just great service at an affordable price! I would highly recommend their services to anybody that needs to break away from being a number from these big pool service companies!
