So I do really like this nail salon. I’ve been going to the same nail salon for years and recently switch to Venetian because I moved. I have never had this happen before. I came here, got a fresh full set of acrylics, after 1 week I saw an infection on my nails under the acrylic and I should see it showing through the nude paint. After coming here one time, I had to take them off to heal my nails. This place does good job, but maybe be better with sanitation practices.
So my pedicure was literally the worst one I have EVER gotten in my life besides what they did when I lived in Japan. Wouldn't cut out my ingrown- only reason I go for $51pedicure. Massage pasted maybe 10 minutes for all 3. Not to mention I don't paint my nails I do a buff shine and they wanted ANOTHER $5 on top of the $21 manicure charge. I tipped my usual $10 and they couldn't offer me free for life to EVER return.
Oh and the pedicure was freezing till I complained and then it was scalding hot to like teach me a lesson.
Lesson learned don't come back.
Been coming for a little over 3 years and 80% of my experiences have been very positive. There have been a few mishaps and one or two rude techs but overall it is a relaxing atmosphere, and they are pretty accomodating imo.
