I had such a great experience that I had to share. I came into Ulta with my kids, looking a little rough after a long day, and honestly didn’t feel very seen. The sales associate on the floor didn’t acknowledge me, which was disappointing. But then I saw Anisa, and everything changed.
From the moment I got her attention, the interaction felt like reconnecting with an old friend. She greeted me with warmth and made me feel immediately comfortable. Jutette care about Ulta customer . First of all, I went to Ulta Just get the perfume that saw online that I think I would like when I walk-in The shop I see the sale on Clinique so I want to check it out jutette came up to me and asked me do I need any help so I say yes , I see a special on clinique I wanna see what’s the best for my skin or foundation she explain all the skin care for my face and color a match my skin to the foundation that I love it on my skin so I got two foundations the same thing and then I told her I saw a perfume online that I think I would like so she walks over there to show it to me when I smell it. ULTA! My favorite cosmetics store! Here you can disappear from reality for a long time. The eyes rejoice and relax, looking at this abundance. You want to buy everything at once! The consultants are polite and give competent advice on makeup, which they can also do for free. Lots of samples and all the means for removing and disinfecting them. I am a frequent guest here. It's relaxing!
