The first three years I was with Turner, I’d say they were par with the other companies offering the same service. The following two years I really wanted to step up my lawn so I’d coordinate with them on my service in the spring and had my yard aerated prior to their service. Both those years I got more compliments on my lawn than the previous years. I was proud! This year after their merger, I’ve had more spring weeds and lawn looks distraught. I had them do this years spring aeration and did not see a dirt core or plug on my lawn!!! $289 and can’t tell if they actually performed it. Yard looks terrible! I use Turner for my lawn health and all of my indoor and outdoor pest control. They do a fantastic job of assessing my personal needs and listening to my concerns and keeping my home and lawn as healthy as possible.
I receive communication about the upcoming appointment. Technicians are always courteous, kind and respectful of my property. They ask if I am having any problems with pests and adjust what they need to do to help resolve the issues.
